The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) announced preliminary rankings for the 2012 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) round in response to its Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).  The low income housing tax credits are an essential tool in providing quality affordable housing opportunities to qualifying tenants.
