Per the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) adopted by Governor Jack Markell, the 2014 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Application (LIHTC) deadline is quickly approaching for Delaware.  I thought this may be a good time to post a reminder.  Applications are due on or before April 30, 2014 at 3:00 PM to the Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA).  I know I do not need to say this, but I would anticipate extra internet server activity on April 30.  I previously posted this with links to the online application here.  In the mean time, I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday weekend.
