A trusted, creative, experienced and hard-working business partner to his clients, Steve comes to The Danneman Firm after a long and successful career working for large law firms and international corporations, including a national title insurance underwriter. He brings to the firm his broad experience in commercial real estate law, title expertise and business transactions to manage and resolve issues for his clients, in an efficient and time sensitive manner. With a diverse background in all areas of real estate law, Steve represented large and small companies, government agencies and institutions in financings, development and acquisitions, Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions, leasing and zoning and land use. A member of the Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, Steve resides just outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he is an amateur folk and bluegrass musician and is the co-founder of the South Jersey Acoustic Roots Music Society.
